1. Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days warehouse handling time (excluding weekends & US federal holidays) before carrier pickup. We send shipping tracking number to customer email once dispatched.
2. Domestic US Shipping Rates & Timeline
All 50 US states & territories are supported:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Flat rate $7.99; Estimated delivery 5–10 business days
- Expedited Fast Shipping: Flat rate $14.99; Estimated delivery 2–4 business days
- Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $99 USD qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping
3. International Shipping
- We deliver to most global countries; customers are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, local sales tax and brokerage charges upon arrival.
- International delivery timeline: 12–25 business days, subject to local customs inspection delay beyond our control.
- International shipping cost calculated at checkout based on weight & destination country.
4. Shipping Risk Transfer
Risk of product loss, damage or theft transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to third-party logistics carrier.
5. Lost / Missing / Damaged Parcels
- Lost package: File claim to RuizHelena556@gmail.com with tracking number after 15 business days overdue for US orders / 30 days overdue for international orders; we assist carrier claim process.
- Damaged on arrival: Must notify us within 48 hours after receiving goods with package & item photos for replacement or partial refund solution.
- Undeliverable return due to wrong address, customer missed pickup: Return freight will be deducted from customer’s re-delivery cost.
6. Delivery Exclusions
We do not ship to sanctioned regions, restricted territories and PO boxes for oversized furniture & heavy bulk merchandise.
