1. Agreement Acceptance

By browsing, accessing, placing orders and completing payment on roomyd online store, you fully agree to abide by all clauses of this Terms of Service, plus our independent Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Legal Disclaimer. If you disagree with any terms, please stop using our website immediately.

2. Business Identity

All products sold on Roomyd are operated by Crestview Mountain Wholesale LLC, a legally registered Colorado wholesale & general merchandise retail company. All sales contracts are solely formed between you and Crestview Mountain Wholesale LLC, independent of Shopify platform.

3. Account & Order Rules

  • Customers shall provide real, accurate shipping, billing and contact information when checkout. False information leading to delivery failure shall be customer’s liability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or refuse any order with suspected fraud, abnormal bulk purchase, resale speculation or repeated malicious return behavior.
  • All order prices are quoted in USD, including applicable Colorado sales tax where required. Tax liability follows US federal and Colorado state tax laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All site text, product images, logos, graphic design, brand name “Roomyd” belong exclusively to Crestview Mountain Wholesale LLC. Unauthorized copy, reproduction, commercial use or secondary distribution is prohibited.

5. Payment & Pricing Modification

We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, promotion rules and discount thresholds without prior notice, but confirmed paid orders will not be modified. All transactions use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store complete credit card sensitive data.

6. Liability Limitation

Roomyd / Crestview Mountain Wholesale LLC shall not compensate for indirect, consequential, incidental damages including lost profits, work delay, travel loss caused by delayed delivery or product issues, except mandatory consumer protection laws required by Colorado.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the statutory laws of the State of Colorado. Any customer-business dispute shall first resolve via email communication (RuizHelena556@gmail.com). Unresolved disputes will be submitted to civil courts located in Colorado.

8. Policy Update

We may revise these terms periodically. Updated versions take effect once published on our website; continuous store use equals acceptance of updated clauses.
